目的：了解慢性支气管炎患者心理、行为状况，为制定护理措施提供依据。方法对126例慢性支气管炎患者的心理、行为状态进行问卷调查。结果在调查的126例患者中，伴有焦虑症状患者18例（14．29％），伴有抑郁症状患者39例（30．95％）；慢性支气管炎患者SAS标准分以及SDS标准分均显著高于国内常模（P＜0．05），对治疗失去信心患者100例（79．37％），有94例（74．60％）患者感到愉快感消失，79例（62．70％）患者感到生活无意义。结论慢性支气管炎患者心理抑郁、焦虑状态较为显著。%Objective To understand the psychological state and behavior pattern of the patients with the disease of chronic bronchitis so as to develop scientifically sound nursing care for the patients.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect information of the mental state and behavior pattern of 126 patients with chronic bronchitis.Findings Of the126 patients, 18 experienced anxiety symptoms (14.29%), 39 suffered depression symptoms (30.95%).The SAS and SDS scores of the patients were significantly higher than those of the domestic norm (P<0.05).100 patients lost confidence in treatment (79.37%).94 patients (74.60%) had no sense of pleasure.79 patients (62.70%) found life to be meaningless.Conclusion Patients with chronic bronchitis tend to suffer considerable depression and anxiety.
