目的：探讨老年高血压患者用药依从情况并分析其影响因素。方法采用自编问卷对153例老年高血压患者的用药依从情况进行调查分析。结果本次调查的153例老年高血压患者中，62例（40．5％）用药依从性好，不同高血压患病史、对高血压了解情况、自测血压频率及高血压对生活影响程度不同的患者，用药依从性差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；对高血压的了解程度以及自测血压频率是老年高血压患者用药依从性的主要影响因素（P＜0．05）。结论大部分老年高血压患者用药依从情况差，对高血压的了解程度以及自测血压频率是主要影响因素。%Objective To understand the medication compliance of elderly patients of hypertension and the affecting factors . Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct the survey was carried out among 153 cases of eldly hypertensive patients.Findings Of the 153 elderly hypertensive patients , approximately 62 (40.5%) patients had desirable medication compliance.Different medical history , the level of understanding of hypertension , the frequency of self taking of blood pressure and the influence of hypertension on life caused difference in medication compliance .The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of understanding of hypertension and the frequency of self taking of blood pressure are the main factors affecting the medication adherence in elderly hypertensive patients .Conclusion The majority of elderly patients had poor medication compliance .The level of understanding of hypertension and the frequency of self taking of blood pressure are the main factors affecting the medication compliance .
