Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education on asthma patients ’ compliance with doctor ’ s instructions .Method 80 asthma patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group .The control group was given the routine health education while the experimental group was given the interactive health education .The compliance of the two groups was then compared .Results The rate of compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education can improve the compliance behavior of asthma patients .%目的：探讨互动式健康教育在哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法将80例哮喘患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规健康教育，观察组给予互动式健康教育，比较两组的遵医行为。结果观察组患者的遵医行为高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论互动式健康教育能够提高哮喘患者的遵医行为。
