鼻咽癌局部复发和远处转移是其治疗失败的主要原因，其局部复发和远处转移主要依赖于肿瘤内血管的生成，而肿瘤新生血管则主要依赖于血管内皮生长因子。鼻咽癌淋巴结转移又与微血管密度成正相关，故血管内皮生长因子与微血管密度表达对鼻咽癌有着重要的临床意义。文章对近年来血管内皮生长因子与微血管密度表达在鼻咽癌中的应用作一综述。%Local recurrence and distant metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are typical indicators of failure in the treatment of the disease .Local recurrence and distant metastasis depend on the generation of tumor angiogenesis which was linked to the prognosis of patients .Vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) was an important factor for forming tumor blood vessels .Micro vessel density ( MVD ) was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Therefore, MVD and the expression of VEGF could have clinical significance in patients with NPC . The paper presents a review of the application of the expression of MVD and VEGF within NPC in recent years .
