本文利用热处理数值模拟软件NSHT及正交设计法,对材质为26Cr2Ni4MoV的转子锻件调质过程进行了计算和分析,探讨了各工艺参数(升温速度、保温温度、保温时间、冷却速度)对热处理变形的影响,得到了调质过程中影响转子应变场的主要工艺参数。在此基础上提出了有利于减小变形的优化工艺方案。%With software package NSHT(Numerical Simulation of Heat Treatment) and by use of orthogonal calculation procedures,quenching and tempering processes of a large forging rotor made of a 26Cr2Ni4MoV steel have been simulated,processing parameters(calefactive rate、keeping temperature、keeping time、cooling rate) on the deformation in heat treatment have been analyzed,the predominant processing parameters affecting the strain field in the quenching and tempering processes of the rotor have been determined.The optimized processing parameters which are suitable to decrease the deformation amount of the rotor have been proposed.
