几种供热直埋Z形补偿弯管补偿能力的数值分析

         

摘要

采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对几种供热直埋水平对称Z形补偿弯管进行了数值模拟.结果表明:同一管径的Z形补偿弯管,在相同补偿弯臂长度下,最大允许被补偿臂长随曲率半径的增加显著增大;同一曲率半径的Z形补偿弯管,在同一倍数的弯头变形段长度下,最大允许被补偿臂长随管道直径的增加显著增大.得到了补偿弯臂从2个弯头对接到2倍弯头变形段长度的Z形补偿弯管的最大允许被补偿臂长,可用于供热直埋管道工程;填补了规程中DN800,DN1000和DN1200 Z形补偿弯管在各种补偿弯臂下最大允许被补偿臂长的空白.%Simulates several horizontally symmetrical Z-shape compensation pipes in direct-buried heating system by the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The results show that the maximum length of compensated arm increases significantly with the increase of the bend radius of curvature while the pipe diameter and the compensable arm length are the same for Z-shape compensation pipes,the maximum length of compensated arm increases significantly with the increase of the pipe diameter while the bend radius of curvature and the multiples of the elastic arm length are the same for Z-shape compensation pipes.Gains the maximum length of compensated arm while the compensable arm length is from two elbows directly connected to two times of the elastic arm length,which can be used in directly buried heating pipeline engineering projects.Fills the gap of the regulation about the maximum length of compensated arm under various compensable arm length for the Z-shape compensation pipes including the pipe diameter of DN800,DN1000 and DN1200.
