In view of high speed banding,a new type of automatic double-position spot welder is designed for multi coil automatic bander in hot narrow strip rolling line,and realize fast double-position spot-welding the thick beh(3mm × 40mm).Results show that the welding is high quality,large tensile strength,fast speed,short time,and meet the production requirements with no damage to strip steel substrate and no pollution to the environment.The welder already applied in the multi coil automatic bander for hot narrow strip rolling.%本文针对热轧窄带钢多卷自动打捆机打捆速度高、时间短等要求,设计并开发出一种新型双工位自动点焊机,应用于热轧窄带钢多卷自动打捆机上,实现了厚捆带(3 mm ×40 mm)双工位点焊快速焊接,应用效果表明:自动点焊焊接质量好,抗拉强度大;焊接速度快、时间短;满足热轧窄带钢多卷自动打捆机的生产使用要求,并对带钢基体无损伤,清洁环保无污染.双工位点焊机已成功应用于热轧窄带钢多卷自动打捆机.
