随着EPC工程总承包模式在工程建设领域的应用,工程总承包逐渐成为工程建设企业的一项主营业务.而施工管理作为EPC总承包中重要一环,也越来越多地引起关注和重视.本文从工程总承包商的角度,探讨了工业建设项目工程总承包的施工管理工作；从质量、进度、职业健康安全/环境和费用四个方面对总承包商施工管理的主要问题进行了归纳分析；并对工程总承包商的施工管理给出整合、规划、监控、质量/职业健康安全/环境和组织过程资产五个方面的改进建议,为工程总承包的有效管理提供参考.%General Contracting has gradually become a main business of construction enterprises with the application of the general contracting mode in the field of engineering construction.Construction management,which is an important part of general contracting,has attracted more and more attention.The construction management of industrial construction project general contracting is discussed from the perspective of general contractors.Main problems of construction management are analyzed in the four aspects of quality,schedule,HSE and cost.The five proposals for improvements in construction management,which are given to general contractors,are integration,planning,monitoring,QHSE,and organizational process asset.
