In allusion to the strip steel deviation on strip continuous processing line, according to the analysis of transverse displacement of the strip steel, the piecewise PID regulator is proposed instead of the origineal PI regulator. The piecewise PID regulator was applied to the CPC deviation rectification system of the double detecting mechanism in a recoilling withdrawal straightening unit in Guangzhou. The control effect of the two control schemes was compared by means of process data acquisition and analysis system. The result shows that the piecewise PID regulator can meet the technological requirements of the system working at defiferent speed much better than the PI regulator. It improved the qualifications of response time, overshoot and steady - state error of the system.%本文针对板带材连续处理生产线上带材跑偏的问题,提出了一种分段PID调节器来替代原有PI调节器,并在广州某重卷机组采用的双检测机构CPC纠偏系统中实际应用,通过过程数据采集和分析系统(PDA)对两种控制方案控制效果进行对比:采用分段PID调节器能够更好地满足不同速度下的机组工艺要求,提高系统的响应时间、超调量和稳态误差等参数指标.
