通过对油管加厚生产线的介绍,分析了管端加厚机的结构及控制情况,提出了生产线运行过程中的常见故障,针对初始条件未满足时和管端加厚机常见故障,分析了故障原因,给出系统的解决方案.分析结果表明:生产运行中故障大多是信号及液压阀的卡阻所致.提出了减少及防止故障发生的途径,为以后生产线故障自动诊断提供一定依据.%The common operating trouble in the operating process of pipeline thickening production line was pointed out after comprehending the pipeline thickening production line t and analyzing the structure and control state of the pipe-end thickening machine. In allusion to the common trouble occurring in the pipe-end thickening machine when the initial condition is not satisfied, the reason why the fault appears is analyzed, and the solution is offered. The analysis result shows that the most faults during the production are coursed by the jamming of the signal annunciation's hydraulic valve. A measure to reduce such a fault is proposed. It provided a reference for the future fault automatic diagnosis for the production line.
