800MN模锻液压机组合预紧机架危险点分析

         

摘要

Based on the finite element analysis software MSC. Marc, the integrity of 800MN die-forging hydraulic press's pre-tightened assembled frame and the dangerous points of the main parts are studied. The results show that there is no slotted phenomenon in the case of the given pretension parameters for the frame, it means frame's integrality is in a good condition; both the unreasonable pretension parameters and working load can lead to local high stress area of the frame, which may lead to a fatigue failure; and the areas such as the root of large pull rod, the angular boundary of clamped beam, the edge of the contact zone between C-plate and upper cross bonds, and the grooves of C-plate are the dangerous points of fatigue failure, which should be monitored emphatically.%基于MSC.Marc有限元分析软件,对800 MN模锻液压机组合预紧机架的整体性及各主要构件的破坏危险点进行了研究.结果表明,机架在给定的预紧参数下未发生开缝现象,整体性良好;预紧参数和工作载荷均有可能导致机架局部产生高应力区,易疲劳破坏;大拉杆根部、夹紧梁棱角边、上十字键与C形板的接触边缘以及C形板凹槽等处均是疲劳破坏的危险点,应该予以重点监测.
