Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of selective radicular blocking combined with transforaminal microcurrent stimulation under image guidance on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 42 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into radicular blocking group ( n =21 ) and microcurrent stimulation group ( n =21 ) . The patients radicular blocking group were treated by selective radicular blocking only,however,the patients in microcurrent stimulation group were treated by radicular blocking combined with microcurrent stimulation. After treatment the therapeutic effects were evaluated and compared between two groups according to Visual Analogue Scale score ( VAS) and the criteria of Japanese Orthopaedic Association for low back pain ( JOA score) . Results After treatment the VAS scores in every time points were significantly lower than those before operation (P<0. 05). Moreover after treatment the JOA scores in every time points were significantly higher than those before operation (P<0. 05). There were no significant differences in VAS and JOA scores at 3 days after operation between two groups (P>0. 05),however,there were significant differences in VAS and JOA scores at 1m,3m,6m,12m after operation between two groups (P <0. 05). Conclusion The transforaminal microcurrent stimulation combined with selective radicular blocking is an effective therapeutic method in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.%目的 探讨影像引导下经椎间孔微电流刺激联合神经根封闭对腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效.方法 选取收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者42例,随机分为神经根封闭组与神经根封闭联合微电流刺激组,通过对患者进行VAS和JOA评分对比2组治疗效果.结果 治疗后各个时间点VAS评分低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后各个时间点JOA评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3 d 2组VAS和JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1个月、3个月、6个月及12个月差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 经椎间孔入路微电流刺激联合神经根封闭是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法.
