Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of reinforcing kidney and activating blood circulation method on knee osteoarthritis by means of ultrasonography.Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2012 to September 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n=60) and control gropup (n=60).The patients in observation group were treated by TCM methods,however, the other 60 patients in control gropup were treated by western medicines.Then the changes of knee osteoarthritis, pain score and knee joint diameter before and after treatment were observed and compared between two groups by means of musculoskeletal ultrasonography.Results The results by ultrasonography showed that knee joint effusion extent extent, synovial membrane thickness and knee joint diameter after treatment were significantly decreased,as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05).The aches-and-pains indexes and inflammatory indexes were obviously improved after treatment (P<0.05), moreover,which in observation group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,to use musculoskeletal ultrasonography can assess accurately the rehabilitation status of knee joint function, knee joint diameter, knee joint effusion extent and synovial membrane thickness,and then can evaluate accurately the therapeutic effects.Thus musculoskeletal ultrasonography plays an important role in observing the changes of knee arthritis,with important diagnostic value, therefor, which is worth using widely in clinical practice.%目的 采用超声技术对补肾活血法治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效进行评价.方法 随机选择2012年12月至2015年9月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例作为观察组,对患者实施中医治疗,另外选取同期西药治疗患者60例作为对照组,利用肌骨超声技术对患者治疗前后膝关节炎的变化以及患者治疗前后的疼痛评分和膝关节周径等指标进行比较.结果 超声检查结果显示2组患者治疗后膝关节积液范围、滑膜厚度以及膝关节周径明显减小(P<0.05).治疗后患者的疼痛指数、炎性指标得到了明显改善(P<0.05),并且观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 膝关节骨性关节炎患者的治疗中,对其实施肌骨超声技术观察,可准确的判断患者的膝关节治疗效果,对患者膝关节功能恢复情况以及膝关节周径、关节积液范围、滑膜厚度进行准确的判断,进而对患者的治疗效果进行准确的判断;肌骨超声观察,在膝关节炎变化的观察中,有重要的诊断价值,可以加强应用.
