HIF-1α在垂体腺瘤中的表达及与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系

         

摘要

目的 研究缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在人垂体腺瘤中的表达,探讨其表达水平与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系.方法 免疫组织化学技术检测60例垂体腺瘤组织中HIF-1α蛋白的表达,结合临床资料进行统计学分析.结果 HIF-1α蛋白在垂体腺瘤中的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01);侵袭组HIF-1α蛋白的表达较非侵袭组显著增高(P<0.01);HIF-1α蛋白在Hardy-wilson分级为Ⅲ+Ⅳ级的垂体腺瘤中的阳性率显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ级(P<0.01);HIF-1α蛋白的表达与垂体腺瘤的大小呈正相关(r=0.487,P<0.01).结论 HIF-1α可能是垂体腺瘤侵袭过程中的重要调控因子,与垂体腺瘤的大小、分级及侵袭性密切相关,其作用机制有待进一步研究.%Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor la( HIF-la )in pituitary adenomas and to explore the relationship between its expression and invasiveness in pituitary adenomas. Methods The expressions of HIF-1α in 60 cases of pituitary adenomas were detected by immunohistochemical staining, and the examination results combined with the clinical data were statistically analyzed. Results The protein expression of HIF-1α in pituitary adenomas group was significantly higher than that in control group( P 〈0. 01 ); the expression of HIF-1α in invasive pituitary adenomas group was significantly higher than that in non-invasive pituitary adenomas group( P 〈 0. 01 ). The protein expression levels of HIF-1α at grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those at grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ in pituitary adenomas group( P 〈0.01 ). The correlation analysis showed there was a positive relation between HIF-1α protein expression and the size of pituitary adenomas( r = 0.487, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Hypoxia-inducible-1 alpha may be an important regulatory factors during pituitary adenoma' invasive process, which is closely related with its size, grading and invasiveness, however, its action mechanism needs to be studied further.
