SDF-1/CXCR4的表达与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系

         

摘要

目的 研究趋化因子基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)及其受体CXCR4在妊娠期高血压疾病患者绒毛、蜕膜中的表达,分析其表达水平变化与妊娠期高血压疾病发病之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测妊娠期高血压疾病患者绒毛、蜕膜中SDF-1、CXCR4的表达强度及表达范围.结果 随着妊娠期高血压疾病病情程度的加重,胎盘组织中SDF-1及CXCR4表达强度及范围均呈渐进性下降趋势(P<0.05).妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组SDF-1的表达绒毛强于蜕膜,重度子痫前期组SDF-1的表达绒毛弱于蜕膜(P<0.05).各组CXCR4的表达绒毛均弱于蜕膜(P<0.05).结论 绒毛、蜕膜中SDF-1、CXCR4表达强度及范围的变化与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病有重要关系.%Objective To investigate the expression of SDF-1 and its receptor CXCR4 in villi and decidua of patients with gestational hypertension, and to analyze the correlation between its expression levels and the pathogenesis of gestational hypertension. Methods The expression levels and extent of SDF-1, CXCR4 in villi and decidua of patients with gestational hypertension were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results With the deterioration and development of gestational hypertension, the expression levels and extent of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in placenta were gradually decreased( P < 0. 05 ). The expression levels of SDF-1 in villi in hypertension group and mild pre-eclampsia group were higher than those in decidua in both groups, however, the expression levels of SDF-1 in villi were lower than those in deciduas in severe pre-eclampsia group( P < 0. 05 ). The expression levels and extent of CXCR4 in villis were lower than those in deciduas in all the groups( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The changes of the expression levels and extent of SDF-1/CXCR4 in villi and decidua play an important role in the pathogenesis of gestational hypertension.
