目的：分析非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变（ NAION）的临床病因，为该病提供防治措施。方法对暨南大学医学院第四附属医院42例（46眼）确诊为NAION的患者进行全身及眼部检查、实验室检查、仪器辅助检查，分析其患病的危险因素。结果本组NAION患者中实验室检查异常的有高血压19例（45．2％）、糖尿病13例（31．0％）、高血脂20例（47．6％）；颈内动脉彩色超声多普勒检查、头颅CT或MRI检查结果异常分别是7例（16．7％），9例（21．4％）。结论高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等是NAION发病的主要危险因素。颈动脉狭窄、腔隙性脑梗死等也与此病密切相关。加强对本病病因的认识，有利于对高发人群进行预防性检查及干预性治疗。%Objective To analyze the pathogenys of nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy ( NAION),and provide the guidance for preventionandtreatment.Methods 42patients(46eyes)thatwerediagnosedwithNAIONandweretreatedinourhospital.Include:gen-eral examinations , eye′s examinations , laboratory tests ,instrument assistant examinations .To analysis the risk factors of NAION .Results Abnormal laboratory tests patients including:19 cases of hypertension(45.2%),13 cases of hyperglycemia(30.9%),20 cases of hyper-glycemia(47.6%).There were 7 cases(16.6%) of abnormal CDFI,9 cases(21.4%) of abnormal CT or MRI.Conclusion Hyperten-sion, diabetes and hyperlipidemia were the main risk factors of NAION .Carotid artery stenosis , cerebral lacunar infarction was closely relat-ed with the disease.Strengthening the understanding of the cause of the disease was conducive to the high risk population for preventive and treatment.
