Objective: To investigate neurotoxicity in synapses of primary cultured hippocampal neurons in-duced by Aβ25一35 oligomers.Methods:The hippocampal neurons were incubated by Aβoligomers with differ-ent concentration for 1 hour.Ng was used as index of the measure synaptic damage.The expression of PSD-95 was detected by using immunohistochemical SABC method.Result:Compared with the normal group, the expres-sion of Ng decreased in 1umol/L Aβgroup,5umol/L Aβgroup ( P <0.05,P <0.01) .The latter is more signifi-cant (P <0.01) with statistical significance.Conclusion: Neurotoxicity in Synapse induced by Aβ25 一35oligomers is associated with concentration in a dose-dependent manner.%目的：研究Aβ25－35寡聚体对原代培养海马神经细胞突触形态及突触蛋白Ng表达的影响。方法：5、10、20 umol／L Aβ25一35寡聚体作用于原代培养的海马神经元1h，以免疫细胞化学法检测Ng的表达。结果：与对照组相比：10、20umol／L Aβ25－35寡聚体致Ng表达减少，差异有显著性（P ＜0．05，P ＜0．01），以10umol／L Aβ25－35组最显著（P ＜0．01）。结论：Aβ25－35寡聚体对突触有损伤作用与作用浓度有关。
