用流式细胞仪方法测定血小板的CD62P和PNC。选25名健康不吸烟自愿者(男11名，女14名，年龄22～68岁，平均42岁)，在用血小板激活物ADP前后来评估流式细胞仪检测血小板的方法。CD62P和PNC在ADP刺激后明显增高[分别为(8.0±2.7)%到(18.8±6.4)%，P<0.01，(9.4±3.4)%到(14.5±7.2)%，P<0.01)]。论证，流式细胞仪测定血小板的方法是可行的，该方法简便，快速，敏感性高。%Objective:To detect P-selectin (CD62P) and platelet-neutrophil complex (PNC) with flow cytometrer. Methods: Flow cytometric analysis was performed before and after platelet activation of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) in 25 healthy nonsmoking volunteers (11 males and 14 females, aging 22-68 years, mean 42 years). Results: The levels of CD62P and PNC were significantly increased after ADP activation [from (8.0±2.7)% to (18.8±6.4)%, P<0.01, from (9.4±3.4)% to (14.5±7.2)%, P<0.01, respectively].Conclusion: The detection of CD62P and PNC with flow cytometrer is feasible, specific, simple and accurate.
