Wood energy forest is an important part of renewable energy, wood energy forest is not only a new direction of energy development, but also an effective way to realize sustainable development of forest region. Daxing'anling forest region of Heilongjiang province is rich in land resources, which provides a good resource base for the development of wood energy forest. This paper were studied and discussed the necessity, feasibility, resource conditions, cultivation situation, effects and the measures for construction of Hip-pophae rhamnoides Linn. Wood Energy Forest in Daxing'anling forest region, and puts forward the suggestions on construction H. rham-noides Linn. forest.%木质能源林是可再生能源的重要组成部分，发展木质能源林既是能源发展的新方向，也是林区实现可持续发展的有效途径之一。黑龙江大兴安岭林区土地资源丰富，为发展木质能源林，提供了良好的资源基础。本文通过对大兴安岭林区区域内营造沙棘木质能源林的必要性、可行性、资源条件、栽培概况、效益和措施等问题进行研究和讨论，并提出了营造沙棘木质能源林的相应建议。
