浅谈密山矿区急倾斜煤层采区巷道布置与支护

         

摘要

Mishan mining area is a small coal mine with complex coal seam conditions, and steep inclined coal seam accounts for more than 85%.Support and maintenance of roadway in steep inclined coal seam mining area is important for coal mine safety production.Mining roadway are basically arranged in the coal seam in the open of coal mining, that is, to open along the coal roadway, roadway support is basically a passive way of support.In order to solve the difficult problem of coal mine safety development, the author considers that the basic way and method lies in rationally arranging the roadway and improving the supporting technology through the study of coal mine production technology theory and the practice results of several coal mines.The rational roadway layout and the support practice on active support bolts and anchor cable pumping have obviously reduced maintenance rate of mining area and production costs, and greatly improved safety production quality of mining coal.%密山矿区均为小型煤矿,煤层赋存条件复杂,85%以上为急倾斜煤层.急倾斜煤层采区巷道的支护与维修工作对于煤矿安全生产至关重要.在煤矿的开釆中,采区巷道基本都布置在煤层中,即沿煤掘进,巷道支护基本是采用被动的支架方式.为了解决一直困扰煤矿安全发展这一难题,通过对煤矿生产技术理论的研究,结合本矿区几家煤矿实践结果,笔者认为根本途径与方法在于合理布置巷道和改进支护工艺两个方面.经过对本矿区几个煤矿进行科学合理的采区巷道布置,并采用主动支护锚杆及锚索网喷浆等支护实践,目前效果较好,明显降低了采区巷道维修率及生产成本,极大提升了煤矿安全生产质量.
