本文主要从旅游企业对国际化旅游专业人才的职业能力要求入手，针对当前我国旅游行业的实际情况，提出旅游职业院校的教学核心，并针对所出现的问题提出职业院校旅游人才的培养意见。%Starting from the demand of tourism enterprises for professional ability of international tourism personnels, the teaching core of tourism vocational colleges and the tourism talents cultivation opinion were proposed according to the actual situation of the tourism industry in China.
