“The Belt and Road Initiative” puts up a new bridge for strengthening exchanges, enhancing understanding and strengthening exchanges of different cultures and civilizations. However, there are many obstacles to overcome to take this road. From the birth of public relations, practice and summary have been made in aspects of promoting understanding and recognition, so the topic has some guiding significance from the perspective of public relations, and it is worth to put forward new suggestions.%“一带一路”为相关国家民众加强交流、增进理解搭起新的桥梁，为不同文化和文明加强交流互鉴织就新的纽带。但是要走好这一条路，还有不少障碍要克服。而公共关系从诞生之日起，就在促进理解、增进认同方面不断实践和总结，所以从公关关系视角来看西部地区如何融入“一带一路”有一定的指导意义，值得后来人继续总结和提出新建议。
