以高氯酸和磷酸的混合酸液为插层剂,以50目天然鳞片石墨为原料,采用化学氧化法制备可膨胀石墨,通过单因素实验分析了各因素对膨胀容积的影响。确定最佳制备条件:石墨∶混酸∶高锰酸钾=1∶3∶0.15,混酸中高氯酸∶磷酸=5∶1,反应温度30℃,反应时间为60min,在此条件下制得无硫可膨胀石墨的膨胀容积为220mL/g。%T he sulfur-free expandable graphite was prepared by chemical oxidation method using HClO4 and H3PO4 as intercalation agent, the 50 orders natural flake graphite as raw material, the influence factors on the expansion volume (EV) were analyzed by single factor experiments. Results show that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows: graphite (g):the mixed acid (ml):KMnO4 (g)=1:3:0.15, HClO4:H3PO4=5:1,reaction temperature was 30℃for 60 minutes, the maximum EV of up to 220mL/g.
