基于疫区控制措施的汉坦病毒传播模型

         

摘要

汉坦病毒会引起人类肾综合征出血热,该病流行广,病死率高,严重危害人类健康和生命.积极采取适当的控制措施可有效预防该病的流行.基于目前国内疫区的防控措施,建立了一个汉坦病毒传播动力学模型,利用下一代矩阵给出了模型的基本再生数,通过构造李雅普诺夫函数,得到了平衡点的稳定性分析.从模型分析可以得出加强防控措施是控制汉坦病毒传播的有效途径.%The Hantavirus causes the human kidney syndrome hemorrhagic fever.The disease is widespread and the fatality rate is high,which seriously endangers human health and life.Active adoption of appropriate control measures can effectively prevent the epidemic.Based on the prevention and control measures of the epidemic area in China,we establish a dynamic model for the Hantavirus transmission.The basic reproduction number is given by the next generation matrix.Stability theory is obtained by constructing Lyapunov function.From the analysis of the established model,we can conclude that strengthening prevention and control measures is an effective way to control the transmission of hantavirus.
