通过Jones(琼斯)试剂氧化法,首次采用L9(34)正交实验设计,以制备获得的桦木酮酸收率为指标,研究由桦木醇一步法合成桦木酮酸的工艺参数。最佳工艺确定为桦木醇∶丙酮(固液比)=1∶50(g∶mL),桦木醇∶Jones(固液比)=1∶12(g∶mL),反应控温为-10℃,反应时间为4 h 。采用本方法合成制备桦木酮酸,简单易行、重复性好,而且收率高达85%。%Through the Jones reagent oxidation,in preparation of betulonic acid yield as the index,we studied the process parameters of betulin one step synthesis of betulonic acid by L9(34)orthogonal experimental design for the first time. The optimum process for betulin is acetone(solvent)=1∶50(g∶mL),betulin∶Jones reagent=1∶12(g∶mL),the reaction temperature of-10℃and the reaction time of 4 hours. The method is simple and easy to operate,with good repeatability up to 85%.
