异丁醇汽油混合燃料发动机非常规排放研究

         

摘要

According to gasoline engine bench test and gas chromatographic analysis technique,seven kinds of unregulated emissions of isobutanol-gasoline blends in gasoline engine were investigated qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that emissions of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,methanol,ethanol,alcohol,propanol, benzene were decreased with increase of isobutanol adding,but emission of isobutanol was increased. Emissions of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and benzene were decreased significantly with increase of isobutanol proportion in blends;and compared with pure gasoline,formaldehyde emission of I50 was decreased from 68.9%to 94.9%,acetaldehyde emission of I50 was decreased from 93.5%to 99.3%;benzene emission of I50 was decreased from 46.1%to 76.7%. The unregulated emissions performance of isobutanol-gasoline blends was good for gasoline engine. Some references are provided for application and utilization of isobutanol as alternative fuel in gasoline engine for studying unregulated emission characteristics of isobutanol-gasoline blends.%采用汽油机试验台架,结合气相色谱分析技术,对异丁醇-汽油混合燃料的7种非常规排放气体进行了定性和定量分析.结果表明,随着异丁醇掺烧比例的增加,甲醛、乙醛、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、苯等的排放呈下降趋势,异丁醇的排放呈上升趋势.异丁醇的添加,使混合燃料的非常规排放物中甲醛、乙醛、苯和醇类排放降低,且减低幅度较大,其中,I50的甲醛排放降低幅度为68.9%~94.9%;I50的乙醛排放降低幅度为93.5%~99.3%;I50的苯排放降低幅度分别为46.1%~76.7%;异丁醇汽油混合燃料的非常规排放性能良好.异丁醇与汽油混合燃料的非常规排放特性研究为异丁醇作为汽油添加燃料的应用推广提供参考.
