With the tree peony of early flowering varieties‘Feng Dan’,middle flowering varieties‘Luo Yang Hong’, late flowering varieties‘Hai Huang’as the experimental materials,the effects of different fertilizer application rate and different varieties of the same breed on the flowering and growth of tree peony were studied. We provide the theoretical and practical basis for the further regulation of tree peony flowering period. The results showed that the 3 fertilization treatments of‘Feng Dan’were more than 2-3 days in early flowering period of CK1 treatment,three fertilization treatments in the two periods of‘Luo Yang Hong’were compared with the control CK2 treatment had the significant difference. The treatment effect of the comprehensive analysis of 1 kg was the best. Therefore,the flowering period of the variety was prolonged,and the whole flowering period was also extended. There was no significant effect of different fertilization treatments on‘Hai Huang’flowering period. There was no significant difference in the growth of the 3 tree peony cultivars with different fertilization treatments,but there was a certain effect on the growth of the peony cultivars.%以牡丹早花品种‘凤丹’，中花品种‘洛阳红’，晚花品种‘海黄’为试验材料，研究同一品种不同施肥量及不同品种喷施微生物肥对牡丹开花和生长量的影响.为进一步调控牡丹花期提供理论和实践依据.结果表明，‘凤丹’的3个施肥处理较对照处理花期提前2~3 d.‘洛阳红’两个时期的3个施肥处理分别与对照处理相比，差异显著，综合分析施肥量为1 kg的处理效果最好，因此延长了该品种的盛花期，整体花期也有所延长.不同施肥量的处理对‘海黄’花期的各个时期均没有明显的影响.不同施肥量的处理对3个牡丹品种的生长量没有显著性差异，但对其生长量有一定的促进作用.
