基于四阶矩法的输电线路抗风可靠度分析

         

摘要

The wind load is the dominant load of the design of transmission line. So the improvement of reliability analysis of transmission line under wind load has important significance. Choose the overhead transmission line as the research object. Select the wind speed and the structure strength as independent random variables. Use the four moment method to calculate the structural reliability index. And introduce the skewness and kurtosis into the analysis. Compare the reliability index of carbon fiber composite core wire with the results of steel cored aluminum strand. The results show that the reliability index of four order moment method is desirable;higher order statistical parameters can fully describe the function to guide the structure design;To enhance the strength of the structure can greatly improve the reliability of structure;the reliability index of new lead wire is greatly improved compared with the conventional. Therefore,the reliability analysis method can be applied to the structural design of overhead conductors.%风荷载是输电线路设计的主要控制荷载,因此改进输电线路在风荷载下的可靠度分析具有重要的意义。选择等高悬挂点的架空导线为研究对象,以大风作用为气象条件,选择风速和结构强度为相互独立的随机变量,利用实用的四阶矩法求得结构的可靠指标,并且引入功能函数的峰度和偏度进行分析。另外结合新型材料碳纤维复合芯导线,计算其可靠指标,并与常规的钢芯铝绞线的结果进行对比。结果表明:实用四阶矩法的可靠指标可取;高阶统计参数可以全面描述功能函数,指导结构设计;提高结构强度可以大幅度改善结构的可靠性;另外新型导线的可靠指标相比常规导线大大提高。因此可将可靠度分析的实用方法应用于架空导线的结构设计中。
