A iterative method with five-order convergence for solving nonlinear equations is deriv ed. The convergence and error estimation of the method are discussed,and numerical experiments show that this method has higher order of convergence and efficiency index.%导出了一种求解非线性方程的五阶迭代法，讨论了该迭代法的收敛性和误差估计式，并通过数值实验进行了验证，表明此方法具有较高的收敛阶数和效率指数。
