混凝-Fenton氧化工艺深度处理造纸法烟草薄片废水

         

摘要

In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection,to further reduce the pollution load of effluent from paper-process reconstituted tobacco production,polymer aluminum ferric sulfate chloride(PAFCS)was synthesized with industrial waste as the main raw material. Advanced treatment of the wastewater from paper-process reconstituted tobacco production was carried out by PAFCS coagulation-Fenton oxidation process. The effects of PAFCS,ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide on wastewater treatment efficiency were studied. The experimental results indicated that when adding the coagulant PAFCS 2.8 mL/L,Fenton oxidation ferrous sulfate 0.60 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 0.50 mL/L,after processing the CODCr was 47.2 mg/L,and chroma was 4 times,pH value 4.06. Then adjusting alkali pH value for 6~9 can meet the requirements of environmental protection.%为满足环保要求,进一步降低造纸法烟草薄片废水的污染负荷,以工业废弃物为主要原料合成了聚合双酸铝铁(PAFCS),选用PAFCS混凝-Fenton氧化工艺深度处理造纸法烟草薄片废水,考察了PAFCS、硫酸亚铁和双氧水用量对废水处理效果的影响.结果表明:混凝剂PAFCS用量为2.8 mL/L,Fenton氧化药剂硫酸亚铁投加量为0.60 g/L、双氧水投加量为0.50 mL/L时,处理后水样CODCr 47.2 mg/L、色度4倍、pH值4.06,加碱调pH值为6~9即可满足环保要求.
