Using an attractive model,we analyzed the overseas,domestic and intra-provincial of Jinzhou tourist market. According to the proportion,the tourist market of Jinzhou is divided into four types:core market,important market,development market and potential market. In the process of the development of tourism,Jinzhou should firmly grasp domestic market and expand intra-provincial market,and develop overseas market gradually. In order to attract tourists,Jinzhou should build six boutique tourism which are coastal tourism,mountain natural scenery tourism,religious tourism,red tourism,Liao culture tourism and fossil tourism.
