一种新的多小波自适应阈值降噪方法研究

         

摘要

为了能更好恢复强噪声中的微弱信号,提出一种多小波的自适应阈值降噪方法。该法首先将多小波引入降噪,克服传统单小波的不足,可以匹配信号中不同的特征信息;其次,在传统软、硬阈值降噪方法的基础上,提出了一种自适应阈值算法,克服每一级尺度上都采用同一阈值的缺点。将本方法和多小波软阈值法、D4小波自适应阈值法进行降噪对比实验,显示该方法不仅有效消除了信号噪声,尤其重要的是更好地保留了原有用信号的信息特征。%In order to extract week singnals from strong noise,a new method of denoising based on multiwavelet and adaptive threshold is proposed. Firstly,the multiwavelets are introduced to overcome the shortcoming of the single wavelet,and match different characteristics of signals. Moreover,an improved method composed of adaptive threshold is presented. The comparison experiments were done with the method of multiwavelets soft threshold, D4 wavelet adaptive threshold. The results indicate that this method can not only improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the rebuilt signal,but also extract the feature submerged in a heavy noise.
