By absorbing the modes of enterprise workshops and ideas of project management, and using process reengineering princi⁃ples, the existing mode of higher vocational teaching and research office is modified. Its functional coordination and connection and the working process are redesigned to construct a new model of professional teaching and research office, realize the promotion of its efficiency and further promote the connotation development of higher vocational education integrally.%通过吸收企业车间模式和项目管理思想，运用流程再造原理，对现行高职教研室模式进行改造，对其职能的统筹衔接和运行流程再设计，构建新型专业教研室模型，实现研究室效能提升，整体性推动高职教育的内涵发展。
