Xiangxi,Zhangjiajie,Yueyang,Loudi and other places are widely distributed with strong(fully)weathered granite in Hunan Province.As a roadbed filler,strong(fully)weathered granite residual soil has the characteristics of soft rock mass,loose structure,low adhesion,poor water stability,difficult to compaction and so on.Through the laboratory tests and field filling tests of typical strong(fully)weathered granite residual soil in Hunan Province,the physical properties and classifications of the weathered granite are obtained,the optimal compaction construction process of the weathered granite subgrade is presented in this paper.The research results can provide reference for the expressway subgrade design and construction management.%湖南省湘西、张家界、岳阳、娄底等地广泛分布着强(全)风化花岗岩.强(全)风化花岗岩残积土作为路基填料,具有岩质较软、结构松散、粘结力小、持水性差、碾压成型困难等工程特性.通过对湖南省典型强(全)风化花岗岩路基填料进行室内试验研究和路基现场填筑试验,获得了湖南省典型强(全)风化花岗岩物理性质和分类特征,形成了强(全)风化花岗岩路基填筑的最优压实施工工艺.研究成果可为公路工程路基设计和施工建设提供依据.
