高速公路水泥混凝土路面加铺层设计与应用研究

         

摘要

Highway cement concrete pavement slab bottom cavity,slab corner fracture,holes, wrong and Taiwan etc.disease,resulting in greater danger of concrete pavement performance and traffic safety,this paper from the point of view of theory and test analysis highway cement concrete pavement layer has good mechanical performance.The results show that the analysis of different groups especially additive on slurry fluidity and strength of large high﹣speed concrete pavement secondary pressure stable pulp board construction method has better applicability,before and after the construction of pavement el﹣evation,bending deflection and parameters meet the requirements specification;asphalt overlay layer thickness is greater,the vehicle load under the seams of curved sinking difference is small,stress con﹣centration greatly reduced;setting the LSPM layer of asphalt overlay layer load stress is low,basically no stress concentration phenomenon,can better avoid reflective crack in asphalt overlay.%高速水泥混凝土路面经出现板底脱空、板角断裂、坑洞、错台等病害,导致混凝土路面的使用性能和行车安全出现较大的隐患,从理论和试验角度分析高速公路水泥混凝土路面加铺层的力学性能。结果表明:分析不同材料组分外加剂对浆液流动性和强度影响较大,高速混凝土路面二次压浆稳板施工的方法具有较好的适用性,施工前后路面的高程、弯沉值等参数符合规范要求;沥青加铺层的厚度越大,车辆荷载作用下接缝处的弯沉差越小,应力集中大幅减小;设置 LSPM层的沥青加铺层的荷载应力较低,基本没有应力集中的现象,可以较好的避免沥青加铺层反射裂缝。
