大悬臂波形钢腹板组合挑梁翼缘稳定性研究

         

摘要

对大悬臂波形钢腹板组合挑梁受压翼缘板的稳定性进行了研究,探讨了研究翼缘板受压屈曲的理简化模型,分析了翼缘板长宽比、宽厚比和波形参数对其弹性屈曲应力的影响,引入表征波形腹板约束作用的系数ηf,建议了翼缘板的宽厚比限值。研究结果表明,波形腹板对翼缘板提供了一个介于简支和固支之间的约束,该约束并不总是增强翼缘板的稳定性能,波形约束系数ηf可反映腹板对翼缘的约束程度,文中修正的翼缘板屈曲应力公式可为相关实验和计算提供参考。%In this paper,detailed study on stability behavior of flanges in large cantilever composite beams with corrugated steel webs is carried out.A reasonable simplified model for studying the stability behavior of flanges is investigated.The influences of the length-width ratio of flange,width-thickness ratio of flange and corrugated web profile to elastic buckling stress are discussed.The limited value of width-thickness ratio of flange is also proposed by considering a parameter ηf,which is used to characterize the restriction effect of corrugated web on flange.The results show that the restriction effect of corrugated web on flange is just between simply-supported and fixed-supported,it isn’t always helpful to enhance the sta-bility of flange;the parameter ηfeffectively reflects the restriction effect of corrugated web on flange;mod-ified formula for elastic buckling stress can be referenced in similar test and computation.
