China-Pakistan Karakorum highway-KKH cut through three most magnificent ranges (Himalayas,Hindukush,Karakorum)of Pamirs,also which route is along with ancient silk-route.To im-prove the landscape quality of KKH and build the international scenic highway,it’s important to carry out special design of view points along KKH.Taking sacred rock of Hunza as case study,we analyzed the present characters of KKH and surrounding,provided the principle of “Minimized disturbance and maxi-mized fulfill function”,carried out planning study from planning conception,zoning of function and trans-port layout,following developed design research from plaza,trail,sculpture and auxiliary facili-ties.Planning and design schemes of all view points have been accepted by KKH construction company-China Road and Bridge Corporation,all construction of view points will be finished in 2014.This study will be the pilot project for planning and design of view points in northern area in Pakistan and similar mountainous area in the world.%中巴喀喇昆仑公路（以下简称中巴公路）穿越了帕米尔高原上的世界3大高山（喜马拉雅山脉、兴都库什山脉和喀喇昆仑山脉），沿古丝绸之路布线。为了提升中巴公路景观品质，打造国际生态旅游大通道，亟需开展本路观景台专项设计工作。研究以洪扎（Hunza）岩画区域为景观节点，分析其现状特点及与周边环境的关系，以“最小程度的干扰满足最大程度的功能需求”为导向，从规划理念、功能分区、交通组织3方面进行观景台的规划研究，从广场、游步道、雕塑以及附属设施等方面进行观景台的设计研究。观景台规划设计方案已提交项目施工方，预计今年全部施工完毕。中巴公路观景台规划设计研究将为巴基斯坦北部山区公路乃至全球类似地区公路的观景台规划设计提供参考。
