桥梁预应力管道智能注浆控制仪模型试验研究

         

摘要

传统的桥梁预应力管道注浆方法主要为人工注浆,其存在着注浆不密实的缺点.为此,特研发了BGM2000桥梁预应力管道智能注浆控制仪,监控管道注浆的累计浆量、流量、浆量流速等多个指标的变化,来达到控制注浆密实度的目的.对智能注浆控制仪的实用性和适用性进行了试验验证,分析了累计浆量,流量等指标随时间变化的关系.结果表明:注浆进入保压状态时,管道浆量还有流速,仍有少量浓浆进入孔道,可以将孔道浓浆中的水份挤出,起到压实的作用.仪器运行稳定,保压时刻准确可靠,保压压力和保压时间均达到注浆规范的控制标准,注浆饱满、密实.%The traditional grouting method of bridge prestressed pipe is artificial grouting, the grouting density defects exist. For this, author specially research BGM2000 intelligent control instrument of bridge prestressed pipe grouting, monitoring pipeline total plasma volume, plasma volume, flow velocity and multiple indicators of change, to achieve the purpose to control the grouting compactness. In this paper, the intelligent grouting control device of the utility and applicability of test, analysis the cumulative amount of slurry flow indicators. The results showed that; grouting into the security pressure state pipeline slurry volume flow rate, still a small amount of concentrated slurry into the pores, pore thick paste in water can be squeezed out, and play the role of compaction. Instrument stable, accurate and reliable packing time, packing pressure and packing time of grouting specification control standards, with full and dense grouting.
