水泥稳定再生混合料路用性能试验研究

         

摘要

According to the renovation project of an arterial road of Guangzhou, this paper systematically studied the pavement performance of cement stabilized recycled mixture in the base.Four types of mixture with four levels of recycled aggregate components were used to study the water-stable performance , dry shrinking performance and fatigue performance, which were respectively evaluated by marshall residual stability, dry shrinkage strain and coefficient, and splitting tensile strength.This paper focused on the performance variation of the mixture under different levels and tried to maximize the use of recycled aggregate in the mixture.Experimental methods and related research findings presented some reference for design and application of recycled aggregate mixture in the base as well as construct quality control.%通过广东省某高速公路的改造工程,对水泥稳定再生沥青混合料基层路用性能进行了系统的研究.采用4个混合料集料组成,分别采用马歇尔残余稳定度、干缩应变及干缩系数和劈拉强度评价水泥稳定再生骨料混合料的水稳性、干缩性和疲劳性能,重点研究不同再生骨料含量下混合料性能变化情况,目标是使混合料中再生骨料含量最大.提出的试验方法及相关研究成果,对再生混合料基层设计应用及施工质量控制提供了一定的参考.
