To solve the problems existing in performance parameters of traditional en masse conveyor, a particle contact model is established after analyzing the movement between particles, and particle velocity and energy consumption of the vertical en masse conveyor with retaining ring at the bottom are analyzed by using EDEM simulation software during soybean conveying. The results show that when v is 0.95 m/s, the conveyor has reasonable velocity distribution, large kinetic energy and high efficiency, favorable for material conveying.%针对传统埋刮板输送机性能参数存在的问题,通过分析颗粒与颗粒之间的运动,建立颗粒接触模型,应用EDEM仿真软件分析了底部带扣环的垂直埋刮板输送机在输送黄豆过程中的颗粒速度以及能耗情况,发现v=0.95 m/s时,速度分布合理、动能较大、效率高,有利输送物料.
