Considering features of car dumper operation including great drop height,serious flying-dust and wide coverage of dust,the paper introduces comprehensive flying-dust control for car dumper area and during transfer process.The comprehensive dust control scheme for car dumper area is designed respectively in areas of control,channeling,collection,isolation,etc.Practices show that the whole scheme is feasible,efficient and cost-effective.Moreover,the scheme has yielded good results in dust control and dust fall,and satisfies requirements of safe production and environmental protection without compromising efficient and sustainable development of enterprises.%针对翻车机作业过程中物料落差大、扬尘严重、弥漫范围广等特点,介绍翻车机区域及转运过程中的扬尘综合治理,分别从治理、疏导、收集、隔离等方面综合考虑,设计翻车机区域的粉尘治理综合方案.实践证明此整体方案实用可行,效率高、费用低,取得了良好的抑尘、降尘效果,实现了企业高效、可持续发展的安全生产及环保要求.
