To solve problems existing in operation of lubricating device for hydraulic luffing half-lying tail car of cantilever bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer, the paper proposes an optimized centralized automatic lubrication scheme based on analysis and research of characteristics of all rotating lubrication parts of the tail car, which can ensure long-term safe and stable operation of the bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer, extend the service life of equipment and improve working efficiency.%针对目前悬臂式斗轮堆取料机液压变幅半趴折返式尾车润滑装置在使用过程中存在的问题和不足,通过对尾车各转动润滑部位特点的分析研究,提出了集中自动润滑的优化设计方案,使斗轮堆取料机能够长期安全稳定运行,延长了设备使用寿命,提高了作业效率.
