为了方便检测门式起重机在工作状态下的整体抗风能力,研制开发了一套智能化便携式检测装置.通过无线传感技术对起重机的顶推力、风载等信号进行采集,并通过控制显示器的实时计算显示,基于顶推力与风载等效原理,可以检测起重机的整体抗风能力等级,提高了设备的现场实用性,为特种设备的安全运行提供了检测工具.%A set of intelligent portable detection device has been developed to facilitate detecting integral wind resistance of working portal crane. Signals of the crane including top thrust and wind load are collected using wireless sensor technology, and integral wind resistance level is detected through real-time calculation of control display based on the principle of equivalent top thrust and wind load, which makes the equipment more practical on the site and provides a detection tool for safe operation of special equipment.
