散粒物料堆积角离散元仿真研究

         

摘要

由于EDEM离散元仿真软件基于理论上的接触力学模型,以致在模拟散粒物料实际流动特性的过程中,仿真结果与实际结果不一致。堆积角可以反映物料的流动特性,文中以堆积角作为参考指标,采用正交实验法对煤粉堆积角仿真参数进行校准,以减小煤粉流动特性仿真与实际的偏差。仿真结果表明,采用校准参数后,堆积角仿真结果更接近于实际,煤粉流动特性仿真结果更真实。%Since EDEM discrete element simulation software is based on theoretic contact mechanical model , the sim-ulation result is inconsistent with the actual one when the software is simulating the actual flow characteristics of the bulk materials.The pile angle can reflect flow characteristics of the material , which is taken as the reference index in the paper to adjust the simulation parameter of the coal powder pile angle with the orthogonal experiment method , in order to mini-mize the deviation of the simulation result of the coal powder flow characteristics from the actual one .The simulation result shows that after parameter adjustment , the simulation result of the pile angle and coal powder flow characteristic is close to the actual ones.
