By collecting and analyzing bridge construction materials in recent years,the paper studies the characteris-tics of large-scale bridge cranes with pre-fabricated girder bridges during repeated use,puts forward the necessary inspec-tion and maintenance,technical analysis check,and technical reform during repeated use.The paper also discusses techni-cal problems regarding use,inspection and maintenance technologies,technical analysis check under special working con-ditions,and technical reform,and offers solutions based on theories and practical experience.%通过汇集分析近年架桥施工资料，研究了大型预制梁桥架桥机重复使用时的特点，提出了在重复使用时必须同时开展的检查维护工作、技术分析核算工作和技术改造工作。讨论了大型架桥机重复使用时使用和检查维护方面的技术、特殊工况下技术分析核算和技术改造等相关的技术问题，并依据理论和实践经验给出了相应的解决途径和方法。
