采用光纤光栅应变传感系统对起重机重要结构件的应力状态进行实时在线测量，实现在役起重机的运行状况实时监测，为起重机的安全评估和故障预警提供有效的数据支撑。通过实验测试验证了光纤光栅应变传感系统应用于起重机结构健康监测的有效性。%The fiber bragg grating strain sensing system is adopted for real-time and on-line measurement of the stress state of key structural parts of the crane,to realize real-time monitoring of the running conditions of in-service cranes,pro-viding effective data for safety evaluation and fault warning of cranes.With experimental test,the paper verifies that the fi-ber bragg grating strain sensing system is effective in the health monitoring of the crane structures.
