Meshing of the curve-tooth bevel gear is an extremely complicated non-linear process.To get practical con-tact stress,3D parametric precise modeling is built in Pro/E with a pair of curve-tooth bevel gears in the motor train u-nit.The dynamic contact simulation analysis is performed for the said gear by Ansys/LS-DYNA,to work out the distribution changes of tooth contact stress of the gear set from meshing starting to meshing exit,get the effective stress curve for differ-ent parts of wheel tooth over time,and perform theoretic analysis for the calculation results.%弧齿锥齿轮的啮合是一个极其复杂的非线性过程,为获得更符合实际的接触应力,以一对动车组弧齿锥齿轮为例,在Pro/E中进行三维参数化精确建模,利用Ansys/LS-DYNA对弧齿锥齿轮进行动态接触仿真分析。计算出齿轮副从开始啮合到退出啮合的整个动态啮合过程中的齿面接触应力的分布变化情况,得到轮齿不同部位的有效应力随时间变化的曲线,并对计算结果进行了理论分析。
