针对使用时间长且已经老化的港口门座起重机样机，基于现场实测，通过层次分析法和模糊理论对整机安全技术性能进行评估，以评估结果和对使用单位运营成本的调查数据为基础，运用合理的经济分析方法，计算出样机的经济寿命，并制订了样机的最佳更新方案。%In view of the aging port gantry crane prototype after long-time use, evaluation for safety technical perform-ance is performed through analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory based on field measurement .According to the evalua-tion result and investigation data on user ’ s business costs , the economic life of the prototype is calculated using reasonable economic analysis method , with the optimal updating solution made as well .
