以Visual Basic为工具,采用AUTO CAD二次开发技术,提取桥、门式起重机主梁解体处法兰板截面的有用信息,分别计算翼缘板螺栓组和腹板螺栓组承受的主梁弯矩和剪力,进而对主梁解体处高强度螺栓组进行校核计算.%The finite element modal analysis is performed for accurate identification of metal structural crack. The accurately identified model for cracked metal structure is established based on finite element method, and also a database of natural frequency for metal structures is established through analysis of natural frequency for structural model. When any crack occurs in the metal structure, its location and size will be quantitatively figured out by four-wire equal height intersection crack identification technology. This method is proved to be effective through numerical simulation, providing basis for crack identification of metal structures.
