基于KBE技术的桥式起重机模块化设计系统

         

摘要

为了重用已有的设计经验和知识、缩短产品开发周期、降低产品成本,将知识工程技术与模块化技术相结合,开发了基于KBE技术的桥式起重机模块化设计系统.根据模块化设计原理,在功能分析的基础上划分桥式起重机的各级模块;利用知识工程技术建立了桥式起重机的知识库;以三维设计软件SolidWorks为开发平台,建立桥式起重机各级模块的三维参数化模型库和二维工程图库,并采用Excel数据库存放驱动三维模型所需的尺寸参数.在Visual Studio.NET平台上利用VB语言调用SolidWorks的应用程序接口函数进行二次开发,从而实现不同模块的自动装配和模型尺寸的参数化驱动,即实现了产品的横系列和纵系列模块化设计.以卷筒模块为例,说明用户如何在系统界面的引导下完成模块选择、模块组合和设计计算等环节,实现基于KBE技术的卷筒模块化设计.%To reuse the existing design experiences and knowledge, shorten the product development period, and reduce the product cost, the knowledge engineering technology and modular technology are combined to develop the KBE-based modular design system for overhead travelling cranes. According to the modular design theory, all levels of modules for overhead travelling cranes are classified based on the function analysis; the knowledge base of overhead travelling cranes is established through knowledge engineering technology; with 3D design software SolidWorks as the development platform, the 3D parametrical model base of different levels and 2D engineering drawing bank are established, with the EXCEL database to store the dimensional parameters for driving 3D models. Secondary development is performed through calling the application program interface function of SolidWorks by VB language on the Visual Studio. NET platform, in order to realize the automatic assembly of various modules and parametrical driving of model dimensions, namely to realize the transverse series and longitudinal series modular design. The drum module is taken as an example to show the users how to conduct module selection, module combination and design calculation and other steps indicated by the system interface, so as to accomplish the KBE-based drum modular design.
